Terms of Service For Your Membership At MaxTraffic Exchange System.

Our General Policy

Goodnewsforall.com acts the owner/provider for this traffic exchange system - MaxTraffic
Exchange System.

Goodnewsforall.com reserves the right to cancel, ban or suspend any member's account we
determine to be in violation of our terms and privacy policy or that we deem to be using
our site inappropriately.

Goodnewsforall.com forbids anyone from using our services to display sites that may contain
anything illegal. This includes pornographic, adware, malware, racist, abusive, or anything
that may possibly offend.

Each member is allowed one account only - free or paid. Anyone found with duplicate
accounts will have all their accounts deleted.

Our Payment Policies

Member agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Member's account when due according
to the rates and prices stated on said sales orders or subscriptions at the stated time.
All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. Goodnewsforall.com reserves the right to change
these prices at any time with proper notices to individuals affected at their known email
addresses in a timely manner.

Our Cancellation Policies

Refunds for cancellation of unused services will be pro-rated and the difference returned
to Member, unless the cancellation was due to Members violation of Goodnewsforall.com's
terms and policies. No refunds will be issued in such a case.


Your Password Protection

Your Password and other Membership Info is stored on our site in an encrypted format and is
safe. Members are responsible for keeping this information safely out of the hands of
others who might gain access to their account.. Goodnewsforall.com will not be responsible
for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.

For Lawful Purposes Only

Members that use our system for illegal activities will have their accounts immediately
canceled without refund of any fees. This applies to all paid and/or free accounts. Member
hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Goodnewsforall.com harmless for any claim or damages
resulting from the use of illegal materials. Goodnewsforall.com will not be responsible for
any damages your business may suffer in such an event.

Disclaimer

Goodnewsforall.com cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information
passing through its network or through the Internet.

Member understands that Goodnewsforall.com services may be interrupted for several reasons,
including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out
of our control.

Member understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of
service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Member will be notified in advance via e-mail.

Goodnewsforall.com shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services
caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God
or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which
similarly impedes the providing of service.

Goodnewsforall.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.

Entire Agreement (continued)

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or
modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of
services.
