Something else you can try to make certain that your email is not flagged as spam, or wiped immediately because the customer you’re emailing thinks you are a spammer, so when you send your next email to them you should include a name in the subject line that they’ll know as coming from you - with the amount of emails that folks get these days you need to make certain you don’t become one of the crowd.
